Cardio Club

  • Description: James Ogilvy once said, “Work will always be with us, and many works are worthy.  But the worthiest works of all often reflect an artful creativity that looks more like play than work.” The program capitalizes on current trends in fitness, health & wellness, and makes fitness enjoyable for students at a young age.  It gets students moving in the morning, building cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. This program is designed to expose students to a world of fitness they have never seen before such as flipping tires, medicine balls and various plyometric exercises.
