Dear Wyckoff Families,

As we approach the end of Trimester One this Friday, I want to take a moment to reflect on the progress our students have made and to express appreciation for all your continued support. This trimester has been filled with inspiring examples of student learning, growth, and achievement both inside and outside the classroom. From academic milestones to creative and athletic endeavors, it’s been wonderful to see our students thriving with the encouragement of their families, teachers, and peers.

Welcome to Our New School Board Member

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Vivek Bhushan as the newest member of the Wyckoff Board of Education. Sworn in last month, Mr. Bhushan is a dedicated Coolidge School parent who brings a valuable perspective to the board. We look forward to his contributions as we continue our work to support the success of all Wyckoff students.

Sports, Music and Arts

We’re excited to see our students actively participating in various extracurricular activities. The EMS fall play, “Capricious Pearls,” was a great success, thanks to the direction of Mrs. Savery and Mr. Sasson and the dedication of our talented cast and crew. Our EMS basketball season begins on December 17, under the direction of Coach Ciarlo and Coach Finale. Additionally, our elementary winter concerts are underway, showcasing the talents of our young performers under the guidance of our vocal music teachers: Ms. Panzitta, Mr. Cosman, Mr. Potosnak, and Ms. Manzo.

EMS Courtyard

We are happy to celebrate the EMS Courtyard Project, thanks to the contributions from our PTO and community. Please join us at EMS for the PTO Reception on December 9 at 6:00pm or the Celebration Ceremony on December 10 at 9:15am to recognize the donors and see the beautiful transformation.

Parent Seminar on iReady

There will be an iReady Parent Seminar held virtually on January 9 at 7:00pm. This session will provide valuable insights into how iReady supports our students' learning and how you can engage with the program at home.

Save the Date: 2025 Summer Academies

We’re excited to announce the return of our annual fee-based Summer Academies program, running from June 30 to July 25 in the mornings. This program is open to students entering grades K-7 and offers a variety of engaging learning opportunities. More details and registration information can be found here. Be sure to mark your calendars!
