At their December 9 meeting, the Wyckoff Board of Education formally recognized the Eisenhower PTO and the many donors who made the Eisenhower Middle School Courtyard Project a reality. This project, spearheaded by Emily Adler, Rae Barry, and Patricia Theisz, transformed the space into a functional and welcoming outdoor area for students and staff. Contributions came from the Eisenhower School PTO, the Wyckoff Education Foundation, the Wyckoff Economy Shop, and community donors. Braen Supply donated all the building materials, Greenland Landscaping provided labor, plants, and trees, and Ridgewood Tree Corporation handled tree removal and trimming.
Board Vice President Frank Barbagallo commended the PTO and donors for their outstanding work, calling it a "job well done." He expressed his gratitude for their efforts and shared his excitement that his own children will have the opportunity to enjoy the courtyard when they become middle schoolers.
The Board extends its thanks to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and expertise. Your support has created a space that will benefit Wyckoff students for years to come.
