Students in KRO added illustrations to a poem in honor of Earth Day this week.


Fourth graders celebrated Earth Day by learning about the history of Earth Day and going on a scavenger hunt!

KD made cards to thank Veterans for their service. Yesterday, students had the opportunity to interview a Veteran, Corporal Brandon Funcheon, Mrs. Danon's brother! Funcheon shared his experiences while in the USMC and currently is a Federal Park Police Officer in Washington DC.

The 1st and 2nd grade mini musical Swamped thrilled parents this week and left a smile on all of our faces!





EMS Theater Students past and present had a great time at the IHHS SpongeBob workshop this week!


First day of our Student-led Edcamp classes. A success! Order of Operations, Art, and Notebook Work were the classes offered. Reflection was the best. One student exclaimed, "My students keep calling out!"





We had an exciting experience at our Drum Assembly today! Thank you, PTO!




KD had a blast learning about the solar eclipse and being able to experience it for the first time!
