One of our favorite activities during Read Across America Week- Book Buddies! My fourth graders loved reading to their second grade book buddies.
Students had a blast playing Pass That Law game to review all the steps to pass a law. They realized how long and frustrating the process can be. We had a great discussion afterward about why it's not easy to pass a law in our country.
4D had a great time reading to 2M today! We participated in a School-Wide book buddy program.
Celebrating Read Across America- 2H class dressed up as their favorite character from books. From Dr. Seuss to Annie/Jack to Matilda- 2H loves to read!

4K students had a great time at the HealthBarnUSA assembly. Everyone had fun tasting healthy food. Not everything got rave reviews, but so glad they were all willing to try new food.
